AssetBook is a free service by Asset Reports. It is a new system for viewing and sharing PCR photos, making disc delivery obsolete.
On completing a Property Condition Report, we will upload your photos to AssetBook. It's like a Facebook photo album that you can view on mobile or desktop at your convenience, and you can instantly share the link with tenants and owners.
Most importantly – it gives property managers the ability to view PCR photos on site via mobile during Routine inspections and Final Bond inspections.
